Kempton Hotel, Kolkata

The hotel had spacious and very clean rooms, although I initially faced issues with the room allocation. The service was responsive and professional, yet room amenities were only replenished upon request. The location was prime with convenient access to nearby attractions. The dining options were good with a mix of Indian and Western dishes.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, although there was a slight mix-up initially with the room I was assigned. The big glass window offered a nice view of the road, and the rooms were comfortable.

The dining experience was lovely with a mix of local and western food, and the facilities were of high quality.

The hotel's location near Park Street Metro station is convenient for travel and exploring the new market area. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with one staff member's attitude. The dining experience offered a nice variety of Indian and Western dishes. The noise level on the executive floor was a downside during the stay.
